We found Richard through a google search as we had some tree stumps we needed Grinding in our garden, we don’t have side access but managed to secure side access through our neighbours garden and so booked Richard to come out. We found him very professional and he always returned our messages quickly and we found the whole process very easy, he arrived on time and seemed like a really nice and professional person. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use him in the end as we hadn’t done enough research and just didn’t know that the machine would make tracks on our neighbours garden and so it was a no go, but despite us messing him around he was really polite and I would use him again if we had different circumstances.
